Allan Phillips is a senior benefits executive and is responsible for the Health and Benefits consulting and actuarial practice. He has over 25 years of experience consulting to large and medium-size multinationals across many industries, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Transportation, Media, and Retail as well as consulting to foundation and other non-profit organizations. His primary focus areas are on the design, pricing, and implementation of employee benefit programs. He brings a unique consulting style to the work as his significant corporate and consulting experience provides clients solutions that effectively combine theory and application.

Allan has worked with the senior management of business lines and corporate management to design health and benefits strategies, and with senior staff to implement those plans across business units and geographies globally. As a corporate Vice President and Director of Benefits, Allan directed global benefits functions for two major Fortune 200 companies, driving the design and implementation of their global health & welfare and pension plans. He has also provided expert witness and technical litigation support. He received his B.S. from Union College in applied mathematics.

Allan is a member of the American Society of Actuaries, ASA and member of the American Academy of Actuaries, MAAA and sits on the Executive Advisory Board of C3Healthlink, a patient-centric electronic medical record organization.
