RESEARCH
Much of the research we do is in the field and promotes the idea of a mind-body connection that is very simple. Following from the work of Harvard Professor Ellen Langer, we focus on how becoming mindful -- with or without meditation -- is simpler than what people usually believe, and provides a meaningful way to avoid the dilemma of rote organizational or interpersonal behavior that leads to mindlessness, resulting in higher levels of stress and detachment. Noticing where we are, what we are assuming, and why, we notice new things re-engaging in what makes us excited and bringing our life experience to whatever we do.

Some of our more recent work includes:
Mindfulness for Leaders
Organization Strategy and Mindful Leadership
Potential Health Improvements for Employers and Employees
Whether it is research for NASA or a more typical corporate engagement, noticing novelty brings us to the present, more fully engaging with whatever we do.
